I believe my love for the business is reflected by the number of referrals I receive from past clients. Helping people find their dream home which will be one of the largest investments of their lives gives me great pleasure. Educating my buyers during our search for the right home makes the whole process less stressful and more rewarding for them when we are in the negotiating process, the inspection period and the closing of their new home.
When working with sellers, I take the same approach of educating them about the market value of their home, the current real estate market trends, the advantages of working with a seasoned realtor who can foresee future potential concerns and protecting their best interest at all times. In today’s tech savvy society, I try to stay on the cutting edge by using digital photography, virtual tours, state of the art color brochures, my complete website plus the appropriate advertising for their particular home.
Through the Ohio Association of Realtors, I have been a Million Dollar Producer for all the full years of my career obtaining the Award of Achievement and in 2001 received the Award of Distinction which equates to $2.5 Million Dollars of Sales.
Being licensed in both Ohio and Michigan gives my clients the opportunity to pursue all avenues in our area as we are on the border. I went to high school in Michigan and my family still lives there so I still have my finger on what is happening up there. I have lived in Ohio since 1970 and love introducing people to our great city with all of its accolades.
It brings my great pleasure working with new agents in our office helping them become familiar with all the aspects of real estate. Like with my clients, I enjoy educating people!
In my spare time, I enjoy entertaining friends and family, walking, biking, & swimming. I have a lovely daughter who brings much pride and pleasure to my life.
