Marcia was born and raised in Toledo. A lifelong resident of the area, she currently resides in Sylvania. Marcia was licensed in 1979 and has achieved her ABR , CRS, CSP, & Luxury Homes designations. She is a 2001-2006 Ohio association of Realtors President's Sales Club Award of Distinction Member. A TBR, OAR Million Dollar Club Award of Achievement Member from 1983-2000. She continues to be a RE/MAX PREFERRED ASSOCIATES Top Producer, earning honors as a member of the 100% Club in 1997, 1998, and 1999, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, & 2008 in addition to being one of the top 15 Agents in the region for Northwestern Ohio for ReMax in 1999. Marcia is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and was the #15 Top Agent in RE/MAX Central & Northern Ohio Region April 2007. In Feb. of 2008 she was the #10 Top Agent for RE/MAX Central & Northern Ohio Region and in April 2008 moved up to the #4 Top Agent in the RE/MAX Central & Northern Ohio Region.
Marcia has 2 children- Sarah, 26 and Emily, 23. She and her husband Mark are members of the Toledo Museum of Art, the Toledo Zoo, Christ the King Church, the Toledo Botanical Gardens, Sylvania Country Club and Ducks Unlimited. She enjoys gardening, golfing, crafting, NASCAR Racing, boating, skiing, shopping and travelling. Marcia is a member of the DCC ( Distinctive Clown Corp) and was a clown in the 2004 Toledo Holiday Parade, and also visited the Toledo Hospital Children's Hospital to cheer up the sick Children & hand out gifts. She also gives a portion of her Real Estate commissions to CMN Childrens Miracle Network. She loves to market her listings as the Miracle Home! On Sept. 7th, 2008 Marcia was involved and donated her time and efforts to help her Builders Buckeye Real Estate Group with The Extreme Make Over Home Edition project home build in Toledo Ohio for the Frisch family. The TV show will air Nov. 16, 2008 on ABC at 8 PM. She also donatted a large sum of money to the family as well. |
