Chuck Bell has twenty years experience in the Real Estate business and has been a broker in escrow since 1989. Chuck has received his ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation) in 1998, one of the first in Toledo. Chuck also was a Real Estate Manager for two large real estate firms in the Toledo area. Chuck is continuously active in attending real estate seminars and training capsules on a regular basis. Over the last ten plus years, Chuck recorded an astounding ninety percent referral base of his clients.
Chuck has been married for eighteen years to his wife, Andra and has two children, Chelsea and Hunter. Chuck enjoys being a soccer coach and participating in several local organizations including Lake Township Volunteer Fire Department, Boy/Girl Scouts and Little League. His hobbies are gardening, in-line skating and all sports.
